Boarding School: Charcuterie Board Workshop with Grated & Cured

Gather in style with us as we host Boarding School with Tide & Table's own Tracy, co-owner of Grated & Cured. Tracy will walk you through step by step how she builds her charcuterie boards for clients and events. She will go over pairing accoutrements with charcuterie so you’ll be able to not only take home a delicious board but one that is aesthetically pleasing too! You will be able to recreate yours time and time again for family and friends.

Workshop will include:

• 12 inch custom wooden cheese board
• Professionally wrapped board for transport
• Fine Cheeses, Charcuterie and all additional accompaniments for creating the perfect board
• Step-by-Step guidance in creating a charcuterie board lead by Tracy White
